When you request a quote, Stage Side Conversations collects the contact details, organization, event details, budget, and message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How we use your inquiry

We use this information to respond to your request, develop a proposal, and manage event planning conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and service providers

When online inquiries are enabled, information is stored in a Supabase database and included in an email notification sent through Resend. Vercel hosts the website and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Administrator access is restricted to authorized team members. Email and infrastructure providers may retain information under their own policies.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and engagement on public website pages. Google Analytics can use cookies and process information about your browser, device, and interactions. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. We do not deliberately send inquiry form contents to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Choices and questions

Contact yourreality@shanemichaelhq.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or to ask how long it will be retained. Information is kept for inquiry follow-up and event planning needs, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Booking a conversation

The booking link takes you to Calendly, which handles booking information under its own privacy terms.
